WOMEN'S ART THERAPY GROUP
Participating in art therapy in a group format can be an incredibly powerful experience. This group, comprised only of women, is a supportive and nurturing environment for those seeking creative healing. Topics of focus include: self-love, emotional growth, empowerment, and creative freedom. Group size is between 6-8 participants.

MINDFULNESS AND ART THERAPY WORKSHOP
Studies show that practicing mindfulness leads to significant anxiety reduction, improved coping skills, and stronger interpersonal relationships. This workshop explores the relationship between mindfulness and art-making, and emphasizes the meditative qualities of creating art. Through weekly discussion and relevant art directives, participants explore themes of mindfulness such as: trust, presence, breath, letting go, patience, and awareness in a creative way.

INTRODUCTION TO ART THERAPY
This workshop is perfect for those who are interested to know more about what art therapy is, and to experience it firsthand!  Sessions combine theory and discussion on basic topics of art therapy, and experiential art-making. Topics include: significance of materials in art therapy, symbolism in art work, group art therapy, and open studio format.
